Edited rough cuts for 35 seasons, tracked seven-figure per-episode budgets, translated legal restrictions for the creative team, pitched jokes, trained 50+ incoming producers, and racked up 300+ hours of same-day stage edits.

Co-Founder and Upper School Director
International School of Warsaw
A little of a lot, but from scratch: co-founded an international school in Warsaw, building the vision, curriculum, and educational framework from the ground up. Interviewed and hired every staff member, wrote the marketing materials that drove early enrollment, and directed an 8-week summer camp for 80+ kids, owning the budget, curriculum, staffing, and logistics. Oversaw the IB program for Grades 6-10, tracking academic progress, and helped position the school for a seven-figure acquisition and sustaining academic continuity during the transition to new ownerhip.
